Made some chicken with white wine sauce over spaghetti. Was delicious. I used my last bottle of Biltmore Estate wine a Riesling with some fresh thyme and basil that I am growing on my front porch.
- 2-3 chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 Green Onion or white onion chopped
- 1/2 cup white wine (used my Biltmore Riesling)
- 1/4 cup chicken broth/stock
- Chopped fresh Thyme to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Slice cooked chicken over over pasta with sauce, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and fresh Basil.
